At AetherCore, we prioritize product quality and customer satisfaction. However, we follow a replacement-only policy<\/strong>. Refunds are not offered under any circumstances. This policy ensures transparency while maintaining strict quality and hygiene standards.<\/p>\n

Replacement Eligibility<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Replacement is applicable only for products that arrive damaged due to transit or manufacturing defects originating from AetherCore. Customers must report such issues within seven (7) days<\/strong> from the date of delivery.<\/p>\n

Mandatory Opening Video Requirement<\/strong><\/h4>\n

A clear, unedited opening video recorded at the time of delivery is mandatory for all replacement claims. The video must clearly show the unopened package, unboxing process, and visible damage. Claims submitted without a valid opening video will not be processed.<\/p>\n

Non-Eligible Replacement Conditions<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Replacement will not be provided for damages caused after delivery due to customer handling. This includes scratches caused by sharp objects or blades, dents, breakage, fire exposure, chemical spills, moisture damage, or improper storage and usage.<\/p>\n

Wooden Furniture Care Disclaimer<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Wooden furniture must be protected from water, fire, chemicals, sharp tools, and excessive force. Natural characteristics such as minor grain variation, knots, or shade differences are inherent to wood and are not considered defects.<\/p>\n

Imported Mattress Replacement Policy<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Imported mattresses are eligible for replacement only if manufacturing or transit damage is identified before use. Once unpacked, used, or exposed to unsanitary conditions, replacement will not be applicable due to hygiene and safety regulations.<\/p>\n

Custom & Made-to-Order Products<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Custom-made furniture is manufactured specifically based on customer specifications. Once production has started, replacement or cancellation is not permitted except in cases of verified manufacturing defects.<\/p>\n

Reporting Timeline<\/strong><\/h4>\n

All replacement requests must be raised within seven (7) days of delivery. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted under any circumstances.<\/p>\n
